Mortgage Rates - What’s Branson’s Interest?

Dollar Sign I noticed that today there is an article on in the Branson Daily News regarding interest rates and the lending situation. In the article, bank representatives in the Branson area are asked for their thoughts on the current economical situation and how it affects Southwest Missouri. $4,000,000 Home

A new search tool for Missouri real estate is proving to be an effective way to find the most interesting homes. I decided to do a quick search for homes that are priced above $4,000,000 in the Branson, MO area. Much to my surprise there was one. In fact the home I found was is nearly $5,000,000, but who’s counting?

Although the home is listed as a single family home, I’m sure it is large enough for more than one. This could truly be considered a dream home.

New Tool for Real Estate Agents

If you are selling real estate in the Branson area you’ll be interested in this post.

There is a new tool designed specifically for placing your property (or one you’re listing) in front of thousands of people on a regular basis.

The program is called Homstation TV. Sound interesting? It is a new concept for the Branson area and can be found on basic cable channel 63. The channel is dedicated to broadcasting a continuous cycle of homes on the market in Branson and the surrounding area. Because the homes are shown repeatedly and are in a convenient location, they will be viewed more readily than ads in print.

Another benefit of having a property on Homestation TV is that the airing cycle is a week in length, which means that the homes featured can be changed more readily than many print offers - which are often times a month. Because the TV channel has a companion website, the homes can be viewed from virtually any location. All the homes running on the TV channel will also be listed on the continuously updated website.

Earlier I wrote a post about a new Branson development called Branson Canyon. While I mentioned that Sunset Realty was a contact if you are interested in purchasing, I failed to provide the link to the Branson Canyon website.

There is a new development now underway. Branson Canyon construction has begun and the sales of the new affordable lake homes seem to be taking off. Branson Canyon is an Affinity Development, Inc. project through which ADI seeks to bring affordable lake homes with quality and character to the Branson real estate market.

Multiple models and various available floor plans from which to choose, along with a variety of furniture options obtainable through a predetermined ‘allowance’ evidently make the decision easy enough.

Since lake homes are regularly sought after in Branson, this seems to be an attractive market.

If you are, there is a new website administered by a local real estate team. The information in the website is a compilation of MLS data as well as recent sale info on condominiums in and around Branson, Missouri.

The site name is BransonCondoHotline.com. This will be an exceptional tool for anyone wishing to relocate to the Branson area. Residing on the home page, is a map with a tool for locating condominium complexes.
